Terms of Service

Who we are

ZeponAI (“ZeponAI”, “we”, “us”) is a service at zeponai.com run by Marthee Pu-Senat. These terms are an agreement between you and Marthee Pu-Senat. By creating an account or using ZeponAI, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What ZeponAI does

You write or record a script (or let the AI writer draft one from your idea), pick a built-in AI presenter and a voice, and ZeponAI makes a short video. ZeponAI is for everyone. AI-written scripts can contain mistakes, so read yours before you use it.

We use outside service providers to make the videos. Hedra makes the video and provides many of the voices. Some voices are made by Google Gemini. Anthropic (Claude) writes scripts when you use the AI writer. PayPal handles payments. Cloudflare delivers the website. Our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.

Early access

ZeponAI is new. Features may change, pause or stop. Videos can sometimes come out wrong, for example with odd lip movement or pronunciation. Please watch each video before you post it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to create an account.
• You sign up with an email address and a password. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account.
• Tell us right away at support@zeponai.com if you think someone else is using your account.

Plans and prices

Plans are billed monthly through PayPal. Each plan adds video time to your account each month:

• Starter: $18 a month for 5 min 30 s of Standard video.
• Creator: $36 a month for 11 min of Standard video.
• Pro: $72 a month for 22 min of Standard video.
• Top-up: $9, one time, for 2 min 45 s of Standard video.

You can have one plan at a time. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply where the law requires them.

How plan time works

• Quality: Standard (540p) counts 1×. HD (720p) counts 2×. For example, a 30-second HD video uses 60 seconds of plan time.
• Before a video: we hold the most time the video could use. The app shows this before you make it.
• After a video: the video keeps the time it really used. The unused part goes back to your balance.
• If nothing is made: if a video fails, all of the held time goes back to your balance automatically.
• Free video: each new account gets one free Standard video of up to 10 seconds.
• Unused time: plan time stays in your balance while your account is open. We may change this rule in the future. If we do, we will tell you before it takes effect.
• Plan time has no cash value. It can't be sold, moved to another account, or exchanged for money.

Payments, cancelling and refunds

• PayPal: all payments go through PayPal. We never see your card or bank details. PayPal's own terms also apply.
• Renewal: plans renew each month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: cancel your plan in PayPal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Plan time already added stays in your balance.
• Refunds: we don't refund money for time already added to your account, except where the law requires it. Failed videos give back their plan time automatically.
• Price changes: we may change prices. We will tell you before a new price applies to your plan.

Your content

• You own the scripts you write, the recordings you upload, and the videos you make. This is subject to the terms of the providers that make them (such as Hedra and Google).
• You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers, only as needed to run ZeponAI and make the videos you ask for. We don't use it for anything else.
• You are responsible for your scripts, recordings and videos, and for where you post them.
• The built-in AI presenters are made-up people, not real people. You may use them in your own videos.

Rules for using ZeponAI

Use only the built-in presenters. Uploading someone's likeness, including your own, is not available. Upload a voice recording only if it is your own voice or you have the speaker's permission.

Don't use ZeponAI to:

• pretend to be a real person, or mislead viewers about who is speaking;
• make misleading content, including false news or fake reviews;
• make misleading financial or results claims, such as guaranteed earnings or returns;
• break the law or help someone else break it;
• make hateful content, or harass, threaten or bully anyone;
• make any sexual content involving minors;
• break other people's rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service, or get around its limits.

AI labels: platforms may ask you to label AI-generated video. Check each platform's rules before you post, and follow them.

If you break these rules

We may refuse to make a video, pause your account, or close it if you break these terms or the law. Where it is fair and allowed, we will tell you why. If we close your account because you broke these terms, unused plan time may be lost.

Our service and our name

The ZeponAI app, name, logo and built-in presenters belong to Marthee Pu-Senat or ZeponAI's providers. These terms don't give you any right to them, other than using the service and the videos you make with it.

No guarantees

ZeponAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that the service will always work, be error-free, or give a certain result. AI videos can contain mistakes. You decide whether a video is right to post.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Marthee Pu-Senat is not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ZeponAI in the 3 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you made or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, as far as the law allows.

Closing your account

You can stop using ZeponAI at any time. To delete your account, email support@zeponai.com from the email address on the account. Cancel your PayPal plan too, so it doesn't renew. When the account is deleted, any unused plan time is lost.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using ZeponAI after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the State of Connecticut, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be fixed by email.
